Overview of the Tour

This is the perfect tour for any group or big family (from 6 to 12 people) who are looking for an experience that seamlessly combines high-quality Swiss gastronomy with the fun of a cargo e-bike tour. Starting at Caritas Velostation, next to Lucerne’s Central Train Station, we’ll get acquainted with the bikes before a 15-minute ride to the best coffee place in town. The location is hidden because it’s a local favorite and our special insider tip. There, we’ll learn the basics about coffee beans and the process from bean to cup. The owner will tell us about his coffee farm in El Salvador and what he believes is the secret to making great coffee.

After tasting various beans and coffees, we’ll continue on our one-hour ride to the local farm, pumped with caffeine. The farm is located next to Lake Lucerne, on a small hill with breathtaking views of Mount Pilatus, Mount Rigi as well as the largest resort in Switzerland. On the farm, the owner will explain his agricultural processes as well as his passion for his Angus cows. We’ll sip on a welcoming Aperol before enjoying a delicious burger. A meal unlike any tourist site and you certainly won’t leave hungry! Once you’ve been spoiled by the owners we’ll cruise back to Lucerne, a little heavier than when we arrived. The tour will end where we started at the Caritas Velostation. Please feel free to ask your local guide for any more tips on where to go and what to see!
