Overview of the Tour
After meeting your guide you will get instructed on the E-cargo bikes. You will have enough time in a safe area to get used to the bikes. Once you feel comfortable the journey begins. You will drive out of Interlaken through local neighborhoods on very safe streets. Quickly you will reach an old military airport which you will be crossing by bike and is also a great spot for taking nice pictures. You continue and drive through a small community called Böningen. On narrow paths you will drive through the hundred year old Swiss chalets which is a magnificent experience to see how locals live. Once you reach Lake Brienz you will enjoy a picnic with typically Swiss snacks and drinks. You have enough time to relax, take pictures and get more information from your guide about the area and the Swiss culture. After the break, you continue along the river Aare on a picturesque sidestreet back to Interlaken.
Good to Know
The idea is that you cycle the E-cargo bikes. In case you prefer to be driven by the guide, please let us know in advance. The entire tour is flat, and the bikes are for cruising and not to drive fast, to make sure you are safe on the entire tour.
