When: 10-18 daily, excluding sundays
What: Christiania Bike Model Light, with and without electric assist, the model S which is wheelchair accessible.
Price: The electric christiania bikes are DKK 500 a day. 350 for non-electric ones.

Summary: Kongens Have Cykler has a wide array of bikes. While the bikes are a little older, they are well maintained and Jacek offers great service and free smiles. – Vesterbro

Where: Ingerslevsgade 103, Vesterbro, next to Dybbelsbro train station
When: 10-18 daily, incl. weekend.
What: Christiania Bike Model Light, without electric assist, lots of regular bikes at low prices.
Price: 6 hours for DKK 300, 24 hours for DKK 450.

Summary: Baisikeli aims to offer really high value for the money and they are one of the cheapest and biggest bike rental companies in Copenhagen. They offer the lowest rates for weeklong family bike rentals without assist (DKK 1300). – Osterbro

Where: Oslo Plads 9 , 2300 Osterbro, right next to Osterport Station
When: 08:00 – 18:00 weekdays, 10:00 – 15:00 on Saturday, closed on Sunday
What: Christiania Bike Model Light – without electric assist
Price: 24 hours for DKK 350

Summary: According to our research, the cheapest family bike rentals in Copenhagen you can get from Beware that they are adding extra equipment at additional cost, for example, a rain cover for the bike is an extra DKK 150, a helmet is DKK 50. They also have a tandem bike for the same price.

When: 10:00 – 18:00 on weekdays and 10:00 – 16:00 on the weekend
What: Christiania Bike Model Light without electric assist.
Price: 400 DKK for 24 hours.

Summary: Low price for a 24-hour rental, also offers discounts for weeklong rentals of their cargo bike. If you are ok with an older cargo bike model and manage to get to outer-Norrebro conveniently, this can be your choice.


All of the above-mentioned companies also offer regular bicycles for rent, for those, prices range between DKK 50 – 150 per day.
